SVYL Adena Baseball

2024 SVYL Adena rosters are full.

The Scioto Valley Youth League Baseball organization is a very competitive youth recreational baseball league that has been operating since 1961. Frankfort and Clarksburg have had a team since its inception. As an organization, it is comprised of three age groups:

• C Ball (8U)
• B Ball (10U)
• A Ball (12U)

Each organization is led by a Team Manager, whom selections their coaches and players to participate. Once you make it onto the SVYL Adena Baseball team, you remain on the team until you age out of SVYL. All games are played at the Mary Lou Patton Park in Chillicothe, Ohio. Practices are held in Frankfort at Brad Lightle Park as well as at Mary Lou Patton Park in Chillicothe. We require tryouts due to the competitive nature of the league as well as we have a limited number of spots to fill each year.

We feel that all Adena students should have the same opportunity to play baseball for Adena and not have to go elsewhere. In 2023, we will be participating in the Chillicothe Youth Baseball League. We will be offering the following teams/age groups:

• T-Ball (4-6)
• Coach Pitch (6-8)
• Minors (9-10)
• Majors (11-12)
